You are invited to the Annual Meeting of the Members Holiday Party and Point Rat Series/Utah Cup/XC League awards ceremony

When: Monday, Dec 11, 2023 at 6:00 pm

Where: The Himalayan Kitchen at 360 S State St., SLC

Cost: $5 members, $20 non-members 

What: Appetizers will be served buffet style. (see below for list of appetizers) Alcoholic and other beverages will be available to purchase at the bar.

Nominations are open for the 2024 service year. The current nominations are:

Appetizers for the meeting at the Himalayan Kitchen:

Chicken Kabob: Marinated Chicken cooked over the Tandoori oven. (G)

Kale Pakora: Mixed vegetable and kale batter with chickpea flowers and deep fried (VG)

Vegetable Samosa: Potato, green peas & spices wrapped in a homemade pastry dough &​deep fried. (V)

Veggie. Spring roll : Mixed veggie spring roll. (V)

Mixed green Salad: Organic spring mixed with toasted chickpea and homemadesalad dressing. (V)

Naan: Tradition flatbread

All 3 different (Mint, Tamarind, and Yogurt) dipping sauce.

Raita: A tasty dip of cucumber, carrots & spices blended with fresh homemade yogurt.

Tamarind Chutney: Sweet

Mint Chutney: Spicy
