2023 UHGPGA Gathering

Dear friends,

In light of the recent tragedy, and many caring suggestions about feelings and timing of this event, the consensus is that an awards party on Saturday doesn’t feel appropriate just yet.

We propose shifting gears from an awards party to an uplifting gathering in the happy and uplifting spirit Josh brought to every occasion.

We’ll eat, share happy anecdotes and words for Josh, and of good times and flights generally this year, and have a great time.

A few minutes will be devoted to your input on club business because reasons.

Please sign up asap so we can try to have enough food for all in attendance, but know you are welcome to be among friends, even if you are dieting down to make weight for that new wing and don't partake in the delicious meal.

Also, sign up for the FREE zip line reserve toss clinic scheduled for earlier that day, Saturday Oct 21. We put a lot of work into making this possible. This is an excellent opportunity to practice and prepare you for an actual throw and there are no plans for another one.

We will do the awards at our 4th quarterly meeting. Thank you all for being understanding and supportive. See you Saturday with smiles and happiness in your hearts.

• Clean Up Volunteers needed at 9:00pm (Must be out by 11pm)
